Brazil Sweat Over Raphinha Injury Scare After Haiti Victory

Brazil are anxiously awaiting the results of medical examinations on forward Raphinha after he suffered an injury during their FIFA World Cup clash against Haiti.

The Barcelona star appeared distressed as he left the pitch following Brazil's victory over Haiti on Thursday, raising concerns among the team's coaching staff and supporters. Television footage showed the winger looking visibly uncomfortable, prompting fears that the injury could be more serious than initially thought.

Brazil's medical team is set to carry out comprehensive tests to determine the extent of the problem and assess whether Raphinha will be available for the team's upcoming fixtures.

Speaking after the match, Brazil head coach Carlo Ancelotti admitted that the squad is concerned but urged patience until the medical assessment is complete.

"We hope it is nothing serious, but we don't know yet. We have to wait for the test results," Ancelotti said.

The outcome of the examinations is expected to provide clarity on Raphinha's condition and whether Brazil will be without one of their key attacking players as the tournament progresses.
