Dramatic Welcome as Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf Returns to Kano


Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State received a warm and enthusiastic reception from supporters and government officials upon his return to Kano from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The governor’s arrival in the state was marked by a large turnout of party loyalists, aides, and residents who gathered to welcome him back, demonstrating strong political support and solidarity.

Security personnel were deployed to maintain order as the governor’s convoy made its way through major routes in the city amid cheers from supporters waving party flags and chanting slogans.

The United States has formally withdrawn from the World Health Organization (WHO), a move that strips the UN health agency of one of its largest financial contributors and marks a major shift in global health diplomacy.
