BREAKING: Nigerian Troops Kill 50 Bandits in Major Raid on Notorious Warlord Ado Alieru’s Camp in Zamfara
The Nigerian Army has recorded a significant victory following a major offensive on the camp of notorious bandit leader Ado Alieru in Munhaye village, Zamfara State.
According to security reports, no fewer than 50 bandits were killed during the fierce operation aimed at dismantling terrorist activities in the area.
Among those reportedly killed was Kachalla Iliya Sarki, identified as the son of the bandit kingpin, who died during an intense gun battle between troops and the armed group.
The development comes just weeks after security forces eliminated another relative of Ado Alieru, underscoring the sustained military pressure being mounted against bandit networks in the region.
Security analysts have described the operation as a major breakthrough in ongoing efforts to restore peace and stability in Zamfara State and the wider North-West region of Nigeria.
