BREAKING: Abba Kabir Fires Back at Kwankwaso, Declares Himself Political Leader in Kano State

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has issued a strong response to his former political mentor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, insisting he is now the undisputed political leader in Kano. 

He also acknowledged the political stature of former governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, while stressing that he operates independently amid intensifying political realignments ahead of the 2027 elections.

BREAKING: US Finally Withdraws from WHO

The United States has formally withdrawn from the World Health Organization (WHO), a move that strips the UN health agency of one of its largest financial contributors and marks a major shift in global health diplomacy. The withdrawal follows an executive order signed a year ago by US President Donald Trump, who repeatedly accused the WHO of being overly “China-centric” in its handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
