BREAKING: Sultan Abubakar Sa'ad Won't Make Moon-sighting Announcement This Year

Reliable sources from the palace of Mai Alfarma Sarkin Musulmi Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar have confirmed that the Sultan will not personally announce the sighting of the Ramadan crescent this year, as he is currently outside .
