Sarkin Fulanin Zamfara Hails Governor Dauda's Allowance Boost for Corps Members

Hon. Shehu Ahmed, the Sarkin Fulanin Zamfara and former member of the National Assembly, expressed his praise for the Governor of Zamfara State, Hon. Dauda Lawal, for the new increase in allowances for National Youths Service Corpsembers serving in the state. The statement of appreciation was made during a press briefing with journalists in Gusau town.

Hon. Shehu Ahmed stated that the allowance increase to 150,000 Naira is part of the steps Governor Dauda Lawal is taking to support youth and improve the well-being of the people. He commended the governor for his dedication to prioritizing the welfare of youths, highlighting how the governor is working tirelessly to move the state forward.

According to the Sarkin Fulanin Zamfara, this step taken by the governor is no small feat, as no other governor in Nigeria has made such an allowance increase. He added that this demonstrates that the governor is not in politics to accumulate wealth but to work for the good of the people.

Hon. Shehu Ahmed emphasized that the increase shows that Governor Dauda Lawal has special policies aimed at improving the lives of youth and all citizens, which is crucial for the development of every community. He stated that this move will help ensure peace and progress in Zamfara State.

Hon. Shehu Ahmed reaffirmed that as the head of his family and community, neither he nor anyone under him would consider any candidate other than Governor Dauda Lawal, whom they regard as their preferred choice. He assured that the governor’s election is a choice for everyone in Zamfara State.
